Patrick Jeffers

PRESIDENT

Patrick is President of Indiana Knitwear, bringing nearly three decades of leadership and industry experience to the company. Since joining Indiana Knitwear 29 years ago, he has served as Controller, CFO, and now President. A CPA and University of Notre Dame graduate, Patrick began his career as an auditor before helping lead Indiana Knitwear’s continued growth. He especially enjoys working with the talented team that produces jerseys, uniforms, and apparel for athletes and fans around the world.

A lifelong Indianapolis-area resident, Patrick enjoys spending time with his family, especially his five grandchildren, and playing golf. He and his wife, Ann, have been married for 35 years and have four children—including triplets—and one cat, Reggie.

Christi Van Ness

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Christi is the Chief Financial Officer at Indiana Knitwear, where she has spent the past 11 years helping guide the company’s financial strategy and operations. After joining as Controller, she advanced to CFO, bringing extensive accounting leadership experience from manufacturing and service industries. A graduate of Indiana State University and a CPA, Christi enjoys the variety each day brings, working alongside a great team, and being part of the licensed sports apparel industry.

Originally from Oblong, Illinois, Christi enjoys spending time with her family and watching sports. She and her husband have been married for 36 years and have two grown daughters and one grandson.

Michelle D'Agostino

VICE PRESIDENT OF PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

Michelle is the Vice President of Program Management at Indiana Knitwear, where she has spent the past 13 years helping drive customer success and operational excellence. She began her career with the company as a Developer and previously worked in sales for accessories and children’s clothing. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Michelle is a graduate of Humber College and enjoys the fast-paced energy that comes with sports playoff season at Indiana Knitwear.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, Joe, and their two children. She loves staying active through swimming, skiing, and skating, and shares her home with two dogs—Poppy, a pug, and Gus, a French bulldog.
